Nice People Poor Training
Former Employee - Jul 18, 2018
I worked as an ATT CSR while I was with TSD, most of the problems were on the ATT side. ATT had poor computer systems that were slow and clearly need updating and consolidating. These slow computer systems angered already frustrated customers. Computer system training at TSD was lack-luster and not complete. Most of the Systems you need to know, you will only get the basics, which means that "you will not be proficient for 3 months" after hitting the floor, the quote from the manager
Can be flexible with hours as long as you get your 40 in
Poor systems and poor systems training, and low wages for the work done.
It's a Call Center

I have no problem with call centers. I broke sales records during my brief time there. The auto dialer was ancient and you are required to stick to the script (which works, by the way). The management were very friendly but turn around there is incredible. You'll always see new faces.

teleservice direct was an okay place to work. The management was horrible though. The hours were pretty great. They just aren’t professional. I’m not sure if I would work there again just because of how they do stuff.
Hours were great
