The pay is good but at the plant I was at they had their picks on who could move up I was told personally by my HR that I would never be a supervisor at the plant I worked at and I’ve been there 14 years retirement plan is only 1300 a month no matter how many years u work there that’s all u get and you have to be there for 10 years to invest in it and your age plus years worked has to equal up to 80 before u can retire no sick days nor personal days even if the doctor takes u off work u still get a point u can only get 7 1/2 points before u get fired and it take 2 months to work off a point I put my two week notice in they wouldn’t even let me work it told me I was no longer needed

They don't care about nobody I will never work for them ever again really trashy management I will never recommend anyone to work there have againThey're not organized and they care only about themselves not down ploys
