The Bowery Presents is the leading New York City-based concert promoter, whose mission is to bring the best artists to the New York City metropolitan area and venues spanning from Maine to the Gulf Coast, while providing the best concert experience for both fans and artists. Since its inception, The Bowery Presents has focused on artist development, consistently striving to advance artists like My Morning Jacket, Mumford & Sons, Sam Smith, and LCD Soundsystem from performing in intimate clubs

Desired Skills and Experience
3. Experience working on live productions
4. Must be able to work flexible schedule
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. Knowledge in multiple control surfaces: Analog and Digital mixing desks
7. Familiar with major Loudspeaker manufacturers product lines
8. Understand concepts of audio tools to measure phase, decibels, frequency analyzers
9. Familiar with room equalization and tools for measurement
10. Team player and able to collaborate with others and resolve conflict

Job Responsibility
1. Power on and ensure sound systems are properly protected and free of any unwanted buzzes, pops, or audio defect.
2. Assist in the setup of artists engineer mixing consoles, audio processors.
3. Manage and operate sound equipment during live event. Perform sound quality checks, equipment placement, regulates volume and quality of sound.
4. Assist artists engineers with safe usage of in-house audio equipment. Store and recall all work from sound check at the request of artists engineer.
